His brother, Patrick Michael &quot;PM&quot; Vargas represents Quezon City&#x27;s 5th District at the House of Representatives.  </p><p>Vargas had auditioned for Star Magic Batch 10, which included Bea Alonzo, Dennis Trillo and Nadine Samonte.</p><div><em><strong>with a report from MJ Felipe, ABS-CBN News</strong></em></div>
