Max Collins opened up about her thoughts on joining beauty pageants, saying she doesn't see herself taking the beauty queen route.

In an interview with Boy Abunda, Max explained that after spending many years in the entertainment industry, pageantry isn’t something she envisions for herself, as she wants to continue on her path as an actress.

"To be honest because I've been in showbiz for so long parang I feel like... that's not my route eh. I never was a beauty queen, I was never in that world, so parang sayang lahat ng pinaghirapan ko bilang artista if I were to enter a beauty pageant," she said. "It's just a different route that I didn't take."

During the same interview, the actress also spoke about her self-care routine, emphasizing the importance of regular exercise and healthy eating.

"Workout every day or as much as you can, eating healthy, kasi it starts from within eh. If you work out consistently, even if it's not a hard work out, you are taking care of your body and that's gonna show outside," she said.

The actress further highlighted the importance of mindful eating, saying: "Ganun din naman sa pagkain like bawas carbs, bawas sugar. Not saying taking it out totally, but it's good to eat healthy and then stop eating early. I try to stop eating at 7pm para may time to digest."

When asked about her concept of being sexy, Max said: "Being powerful, kasi then iba 'yung confidence eh and that doesn't just mean sa hitsura, di ba? [It's also about] your finances, your job, your family, and if alam mong you're taking care of so many things, then parang I am so powerful pala, di ba? And that's sexy."

Max was previously married to actor Pancho Magno. They finalized their divorce in October 2024. They have one child.

When asked about her current relationship status, the actress replied: "I have been on dates, but I’m not dating. I'm single."

As for what she’s looking for in a future partner, Collins replied: "The way I am treated, parang that's a big thing for me — somebody who really loves me, would take into consideration my career, my son, a lot of things."
