It appears that social media is still making inappropriate comments about women's bodies.

Vicki Belo took to social media to respond to the netizens who were attacking her with remarks about her uneven breasts.

It's worth noting that the celebrity doctor survived breast cancer and had surgery to remove a tumor.

Belo responded to the comments, saying, “I thought I’d address it because baka you think my breasts were done in Belo and it’s uneven. That’s so not true.”

“If you recall, I had breast cancer nine years ago and my tumor was actually five cm by seven cm big on my left breast. They took out the tumor,” she added.

She went on to explain why one of her breasts is larger than the other.

“They put something in and I don’t even know what it is. I asked my doctor, he told me it’s tissue but it’s not silicone. It’s something much harder,” she shared.

She also mentioned that three lymph nodes were removed from her underarm, which explains why it is a little deep on one side.

“I just think I wanted to clear it up because I don’t want you to think that’s what happens to boobs in Belo. We do boobs very, very well,” she said.

Belo appeared tearful in the TikTok video, pleading for empathy when it came to remarking on women's bodies, stating that she was depressed at the start of her cancer battle.

“Please be kind na lang. You know, I’m a cancer survivor. I was a bit depressed in the beginning but I didn’t let it affect my life. I love clothes, I love sleeveless clothes so I still wear them. Anyway, I hope you understand,” she told social media users.
