Kris Aquino shared that she’s now ready for her son Bimby, who recently turned 18 years old, to start dating.

"Dati talaga I dreaded na magkakaroon siya ng girlfriend, ngayon push ako nang push," she said in an interview with Ogie Diaz. 

The television host even admitted she already has a few candidates in mind. "Meron na akong gusto, dalawa na 'yung gusto ko. Or maybe three. I like three girls," she said.

Kris added that her top choice for Bimby is the athletic one. "May isang favorite ako and bagay sila... She's athletic... the one I like so the two of [them ni Bimby] can have matching sneakers."

In the same interview, Kris also opened up about her health, expressing her hopes for her life to be extended to see Bimby becoming a public servant one day.

"[Like] a movie, if it's very good, nai-extend, minsan three months nasa sinehan pa... Kasi na-discover 'yung autoimmune ko seven years ago, sabi ko God dagdag, seven plus seven para umabot ako swearing in niya as mayor. That's my dream," she shared.

Kris also discussed her dreams for Bimby when it comes to academics. Bimby is set to take up a Legal Management degree in college.  

The television host revealed that one of her greatest dreams for her son is to pursue his college education abroad. "I really want him to have what I did not have, that was my dream," she said. "Parang iniisip ko talaga parati ano kaya naging trajectory ng buhay ko kung talagang nag-aral ako abroad so I want him to experince that."

Kris hopes for Bimby to explore studying in places like Singapore and Japan.

Beyond academics, Kris emphasized that she wants Bimby to serve as an inspiration to others. "I want Bimb to be an inspiration for other kids. Normally kasi ang nag-aalaga nanay sa anak, na-reverse na ngayon talaga."

Bimby has been taking care of Kris who is currently battling autoimmune conditions.
