After suffering a miscarriage in 2017, they welcomed their first child together, Kobe, in June 2019, followed by Kaiden Andrei in June 2023. “My life before was totally different without kids, so imagine having four? It’s not easy, but I try to manage naman. Thank God I have house angels also to help me when I’m working, but I just have to really do balance my time,” Karel said.
