Kapamilya actress Iza Calzado is grateful for a lot of things.  

In a short life update she shared on Instagram on Saturday, April 26, Iza reflected on the things she values most.  

“With all the losses left and right, I can’t help but be reminded that time is so fleeting. Right now, I’d like to choose to be grateful for every moment: for all that I am, and all that I have— my health, my family, my loved ones, my work,” she captioned her post.  

In the nearly two-minute video, the actress briefly talked about her journey in the showbiz industry.  

“I’ve been in this industry for 23 years this year,” she said. “[I have] been through a lot, I made a lot of mistakes, had some successes. I’ve been through the highs and lows, and I’m still here.”

Iza also acknowledged the contributions of her team in her thriving career.

“I’m so blessed to be able to do this together with my team who have been with me throughout the years,” she expressed.  

Aside from her successful showbiz career, the actress also shared the other things she is grateful to have.  

“I’m deeply grateful for my health and my family, my loved ones [who are] my true wealth, my purpose in using the talents that I’ve been given. So that’s how I fulfill my purpose. I’m grateful for it all,” she expressed.  

In the video, the voice of Iza’s daughter, Deia, can be heard in the background.

“I'm most grateful for Deia,” she remarked.

The actress concluded the video by leaving a question for her followers. 

 “Here’s to just living and savoring, enjoying life, just being grateful,” she said. “What are your grateful for?” 

In her post’s caption, Iza has an invitation to her supporters: “Let’s make the most of everyday that we are blessed with together.” 

Iza’s life update video was taken during a work-related Baguio trip where she took advantage of the beauty of the sunset from the background.
