Actress Alynna Velasquez broke her silence once more on her Instagram account to ask her followers not to attack the family of the late Hajji Alejandro. This comes after her video showing her offering flowers to the late singer’s Eastwood Walk of Fame star in Quezon City went viral on social media.

Alynna was the previous partner of Hajji and they were supposed to celebrate their 27th year as a couple before the latter’s passing.

“Never in my wildest dreams did I imagine that my video would become viral. To me, it was just a quiet and solemn way to honor the man I love,” she shared.

She previously revealed that she was unable to attend the wake of Hajji due to reasons she didn’t “have control of.” She maintained that she doesn’t blame anyone but herself and harsh comments were made on her post.  

“I didn't point a finger at anyone. I was ok with it. Rather, I blamed myself and just accepted my fate,” she wrote.

“Over the pleasant and deeply impactful comments from my post, there were harsh pronouncements blown out of proportion. Nanganak na nang nanganak. Comment section became a debate box,” she added.

Alynna then asked her followers not to attack the family anymore as she maintained other members of the family still respect her.

“Dear friends and followers, please don't attack or blame the family. There are some members who respect me and those who hate my existence. It's just my destiny and predetermined path. And I am also defective at times. For these, I apologize,” she expressed.

If there was something that she regrets, however, she claimed that it’s allowing people to interfere with their lives which wasted their time. 

“My biggest regret is I let some people interfere with our lives. So many wasted time. Life is just so short,” she ended.
