Celebrity couple Mikael Daez and Megan Young expressed how proud they are on Emilio Daez’s Pinoy Big Brother journey that recently came to a close. 

 In their respective Instagram stories, the couple penned their heartfelt and consoling messages for the PBB evictee.  

“Labyu mio boy! You did great,” Emilio’s brother Mikael wrote in his story over a photo of them together.  

The actor’s sister-in-law, Megan, also extended a message: “We are so proud of you, @emiliobdaez!!!!!!” 

The actress-beauty queen also expressed her reaction when the announcement of the latest evictees was made through a separate Instagram story, sharing a screenshot of Emilio and his duo partner, Michael Sager.  

“Iyak malala,” she expressed.  

Meanwhile, Mikael has advice for his brother who is a basketball enthusiast: “Don’t look at the Lakers series.”  

Mikael is pertaining to the Los Angeles Lakers’ ongoing NBA playoffs wherein they are in a disadvantaged situation as Minnesota Timberwolves took a 2-1 lead.  

Emilio, along with his duo partner Michael, exited the Pinoy Big Brother house on Saturday, April 26, after receiving the lowest vote percentage of 29.12%. They were the first pair of male housemates that got evicted.  

Spared from the eviction were Brent Manalo and Vince Maristela (Brince) who got 30.95%, and Ralph de Leon and Dustin Yu who garnered the highest vote percentage of 39.93%. 

Aside from the couple, PBB Gen 11 alumnus Dylan Yturralde also expressed his support on Emilio by sharing a photo of them together in an Instagram story with the caption: “BBS Emilio.”  

Fresh from the eviction, Emilio posted his first Instagram story on Saturday, April 27, with the caption: “Hello outside world!!!!!!!! I’m back!!!!!!”

 In the same story, the actor invited his supporters to his first Tiktok live after his PBB exit: “See you guys there.” 

Immediately after the eviction night, Emilio addressed his supporters through a video posted by Star Magic, assuring them that he is “in good spirits.”

“Hindi pa tapos ang laban natin kasi dito talaga sa labas ng bahay ni Kuya ang totoong laban,” he said.

Emilio will play his first ever lead role in the upcoming sports romantic dramedy Love at First Spike.
