Other celebrities who have already earned their wings as pilots include Ronnie Liang, Xian Lim, and Incognito star Ian Veneracion.

Aside from his aviation pursuits, Alden is also active in running.

In a previous interview with 24 Oras, the actor emphasized that while many sports can help improve one's health, running remains one of the most accessible activities to start.

"Actually marami naman talagang sports na pwedeng makatulong sa ating kalusugan pero I think isa 'yung pinaka-available at pinakamadaling gawin is really 'yung pagtakbo," he said..

For the actor, running has become more than just a form of exercise. He shared that it’s a crucial part of maintaining his mental health.

"'Yung running kasi is more than just a sport already. Number one reason niya is for my sanity talaga. Medyo psychological na 'yung effect sa akin ng running so ito kagaya nito, iba eh, it's a different world for me," he relayed.

On March 21, Alden announced that he was spearheading a fun run event to support Filipino filmmakers.

"LIGHTS, CAMERA, RUN! 🏃‍♂️ Takbo Para Sa Pelikulang Pilipino 🎬 Registration kicks off TOMORROW/LATER, MARCH 21, at 4PM! 🔥 Stay tuned!—you wouldn’t want to miss this! 🚀" the actor posted on social media.
