Dawn Zulueta joins j-hope's 'Mona Lisa' dance craze

Seasoned actress Dawn Zulueta danced her K-pop heart out to the tune of BTS member j-hope's “Mona Lisa.” 


In a video posted on Instagram on Thursday, April 24,  he 56-year-old actress jumped onto the viral hit, proving that her moves never get old.





For Dawn, doing the dance cover of the now viral song was “holistic medicine."


“I wish everyone experienced the uplifting soulfulness derived from dancing your [heart] out,” she wrote in her post’s caption.

In the same post, the actress expressed her gratitude for the K-pop superstar: “Thank you #J-hope @uarmyhope.” 


Dawn first shared a dance cover of the said dance craze on Instagram on April 12.





“Pasubok naman — nakakagigil kasi @uarmyhope. Got this new song #monalisa on repeat,” she said in the caption. 


Some celebrities commented on Dawn’s dance cover. 


Vice Ganda wrote: “This made me smile today!!! Sarap mo panuorin twinny!!! Love you.”

Veteran Broadcaster Karen Davila also remarked: “Wow! That’s a major choreo Dawn!”


Dawn is an avid fan of the South Korea group BTS.


In 2022, she flew to Busan, South Korea along with her daughter Ayisha Madlen Lagdameo to personally witness the group's "Yet to Come” concert. 



The actress compiled the photos and videos of their remarkable experience and shared it with her followers on Instagram.

“What a spectacular weekend in Busan, South Korea. We love you, @bts.bighitofficial. What you think ‘bout that? Mic Drop. Forever ARMY,” she wrote in the caption of her 2022 post.


Meanwhile, j-hope recently visited the Philippines for his two-day "Hope On The Stage" concert which took place at Mall of Asia Arena on April 12 and 13. 


“You guys’ energy is on another level,” said the K-pop superstar as he addressed his fans who attended the event.



"Maraming salamat talaga. Sana nag-enjoy kayo ngayong gabi. Siyempre babalik ako," j-hope told his fans through an interpreter. 


During his visit, j-hope did a dance collaboration with content creator Niana Guerrero.

In his TikTok post's caption, j-hope expressed his gratitude to Niana: "Thanks for coming! MONA LISA w/@nianaguerrero." 


As of this writing, their Tiktok video has garnered 5.6 million likes, 104,000 comments and 161,000 reposts. 


The K-pop superstar dropped his single "Mona Lisa" last March 21.
