K-pop star S.Coups of boy group SEVENTEEN has been named the latest global ambassador for designer fashion label Boss.

This means the 29-year-old idol, whose real name is Choi Seung-cheol, is set to appear in the company's upcoming campaigns.

"I'm incredibly honored to join Boss as a global brand ambassador," S.Coups said in a statement.

"To me, Boss represents the ultimate in style, elegance, and self-determination. These are values that resonate deeply with me and help to drive my success in my musical career," he added.

The company said S.Coups' "sophisticated aesthetic and presence align naturally with the Boss identity, making the partnership a seamless reflection of shared values."

"Through this collaboration, S.Coups will continue to expand his global influence while connecting with new audiences worldwide through his Boss appearances," it added.

Meanwhile, SEVENTEEN is set to release its fifth studio album this May, coinciding with the 13-member group's 10th anniversary. The band is also preparing for a new tour.
