Marian Rivera, Anthony Jennings, Jarren Garcia reveal their Holy Week plans

Taking advantage of the weeklong break that the Holy Week provides, our favorite celebrities shared what they would like to do inside and outside of the country this year so they can relax from their busy schedules. 

Marian Rivera

“Actually, hinihintay pa namin lumabas yung visa namin, hindi namin alam kung makakaalis kami (laughs). Europe sana. Palagi naman kaming nag-ta-travel pero yung lugar na ito first time nila pupuntahan pero di pa lang namin alam kung lalabas yung visa namin on time. Sana kasi sayang bakasyon yung kids ng at least three to four days.”

Anthony Jennings

“Magkasama kami ni DJ (Daniel Padilla). Ise-celebrate namin yung birthday niya.”

Jarren Garcia

“I’ve got an out of the country show during Holy Week so that will be very exciting.”

Matteo Guidicelli

“I don’t know yet but definitely it involves bonding with the family, either here or abroad. Not sure yet.”

Criza Taa

“We’re planning to go to Bangkok, Thailand for the Songkran festival. We really want to experience yung culture nila dun. I’ve been to Thailand before but not for the Songkran so gusto talaga namin mauntahan.”

Vien King

“Kasi I’m a beach lover so gusto ko mag-beach talaga during Holy Week. But I have to take care of my mom pa so we’ll see kung masisingit siya sa schedule ko.”

Karen Bordador

“I’m probably going to be hosting. If I had my passport, kasi I actually applied for a Japan visa and alam naman natin na two months (processiong) na siya di ba? But if I had that immediately, I’d probably go to Japan. Basta my aim is also to travel every three months this year.”

Jaz, (girl group G22)

“I’m planning to go somewhere in Asia and travel.”

Angela Ken

“My Holy Week is just going to be simple, I’m just going to be with my family. I’m going to be with the special people in my life. More on unwinding talaga nd reflecting the journey. Medyo magiging parang religious but I want to savor the holy week with my relationship with the Lord.”
