Dimples Romana’s happiness was in the air as she shared her first-ever flying experience with her pilot daughter, Callie Ahmee.  

Aiming to show her “proud mom moment,” she documented her experience of riding a small plane with Callie as their pilot in a short video posted on Instagram on Sunday, April 13.  

“The beginning of an extra extra extra special Palm Sunday for our family today. That’s ate Callie strapping kuya @alonzoasks and kuya Eiven. First batch kami for the flight, and then myluv @papaboyetonline , Ate @vilma_omid and Elio for the second flight,” Dimples wrote in the caption. 

In the uploaded video, the actress walked her followers through her experience.  

“It’s our first time flying with ate Callie today, that’s her plane. We’re gonna go up in the air. So I’m gonna walk to my seat, as a proud mama. Let’s go,” she narrated.  

“She’s graduating in two days. We’re so proud of her, I’m so proud of you ate,” she continued.

Dimple’s husband, Boyet Ahmee, shared a video of her while doing the vlog on Instagram story with the caption: “The stage-iest mother of all.” The actress reposted it on her story.  

In a separate post on Saturday, April 12, she shared snaps of their arrival in Australia, in preparation for her eldest’s college graduation.  

“First day of inarguably the most important and fulfilling week of our lives. Our Ate/ Unica @callieahmee is about to graduate from college this week,” she wrote in the caption.

Callie will be receiving her hard-earned college diploma for the degree of Bachelor of Arts in Aviation Management at Southern Cross University in Australia.

In 2023, Callie passed the licensure examination for commercial pilots after passing the separate examination for private pilots in 2022. She did all these even before she hit her 20’s.

In 2022, Dimples also celebrated her daughter’s achievement on social media after her first solo flight as an aspiring pilot. 

 "To say I’m a proud momma is a total understatement for today’s family milestone as our dear student pilot Christiana Amanda Lauren Romana-Ahmee just flew the plane ON HER OWN for the first time today,” she wrote in an Instagram post.

As early as 2021, Dimples revealed her daughter’s dream of becoming a pilot to the public, announcing her enrollment to the said aviation school.
