In an interview with Karen Davila for her latest YouTube vlog, the former beauty queen and model shared how a health scare during the pandemic led her to reevaluate her lifestyle.

"I did go through a health condition. During pandemic I found out that I had endometriosis," she revealed. "It was located in my abdominal muscles. I needed to have it extracted so I had surgery, and I had to undergo the knife last April 2024. And after that, I decided that from that point on, I will do everything that I need to do to get 'me' back... what I knew Priscilla to be before Priscilla became a wife and a mom."

She relayed that she committed to a complete lifestyle overhaul. "I removed everything that I knew was bad for me which included processed sugar, so no sugar 6 months... no bread... No lactose, no dairies," she stated.

Beyond the physical transformation, Priscilla also focused on her mental and emotional well-being, which she admitted she had neglected in the past.

"I love myself more today because I started to dedicate time to myself, and to really assess how I feel, assess my emotions and prioritize them because it matters the way you feel," she remarked.

Reflecting on her years of pushing through responsibilities, she added: "Through the years I somehow, in order to survive and to be able to go from one day to another, I would just suppress everything that I was feeling so that I can be productive, so that I can do the things that I needed to do and that bottled up a lot of things, emotions that I was not aware that I actually need to feel fulfill in my life."

"When I started to assess everything that I was feeling, why I was feeling that way, and all the negative emotions bottled up and I let it out and analyzed it and I validated them, I processed them then I started to realize oh wow, I am actually someone worth living for," she stated.
