Kendra Kramer recently took part in a conference debate in South Korea, showcasing her skills on an international stage.

In a series of photos shared on Instagram, Kendra gave her followers a glimpse of her experience at the event, which she attended as a member of her Model United Nations (MUN) club.

"Went to Korea for a conference debate last week with my Model United Nations club🫶 I was able to step out of my comfort zone by giving speeches and learning new things," she said.

According to un.org, Model UN "simulations engage hundreds of thousands of students each year, helping them to learn more about the principles of the UN and how it functions. Many of today’s leaders in law, government, business and the arts – including at the UN itself – participated in Model UN as students."

Beyond her academic pursuits, Kendra is also a dedicated athlete, excelling in swimming. In a Metro interview in September 2024, she reflected on her passion for the sport.

"I think one thing what’s different in swimming is that even though you have a team, it’s almost like an individual sport because you’re just relying on yourself," she pointed out.

"So one thing that’s different about swimming than a team sport is that, if you know you’ve worked hard, if you know you put in the time and the effort, you won’t have to doubt yourself because you’re not relying on other people," she added.

As she continues to balance academics and sports, Kendra is also contemplating her future college plans. She revealed that she is considering a business-related course, inspired by her father, but is also drawn to the medical field.

"I’m torn because my mom wants me to become a doctor. A few months ago, I took a pre-med level one Harvard course because my school sent an email. I applied and I got in. I did that for a few weeks and I really liked it. I might do another one because I got invited to do level two again. So maybe one of those two options but I’m not sure yet," she shared.
