Kapamilya leading lady Jane Oineza shared what it feels like attending the ABS-CBN Ball with her real-life partner, actor RK Bagatsing, in an exclusive interview with PUSH ABS-CBN.

“It’s always fun, and I’m always looking forward to na meron akong literal na shoulder to carry me and support me through the night. And of course, it's fun to bond with people and to have your partner with you,” Jane expressed.

She also discussed how significant the ABS-CBN Ball is, with many celebrities eagerly looking forward to attending.

“Lalo na before, siyempre, nung bago pa lang yung concept, everyone was looking forward to not just to glam up, but also to to bond with your co-Star Magic or co-ABS-CBN peeps,” she mentioned.

Jane has graced several Kapamilya Balls over the years, showcasing her style through a range of outfits—from classic ball gowns to more daring, edgier cuts. This time, she's excited to experiment once again. She hinted on her upcoming look during her fitting in Quezon City, where she tried on a gown designed by Irene Lee-Chua.

"We're trying something new. So, I guess, yung pagiging mas nagiging open ako to experiment when it comes to what I wear. So, I guess, dun tayo mas nagli-lean this year to try something new out of my comfort zone,” the actress revealed.

The Brighter Together: ABS-CBN Ball 2025 will take place on April 4, with exclusive red carpet coverage streaming live on the ABS-CBN Entertainment YouTube channel.

Meanwhile, Jane also responded to the praise she and RK have received for their performances in the 2024 Cinemalaya entry Love Child.

The actress shared what she believes made the film work and why it was well-loved by those who saw it.

“Siguro kasi syempre marami rin nakaka-relate in terms of yung hirap ng buhay or pagpapalaki ng anak sa Pilipinas. And lalo na it's for the AUsome moms and dads or parents out there. So yun, parang para sa kanila yung kwento na yun. At para sa mga tao na dapat makarinig at makakita ng kwento nila.”

In the film, Jane and RK portray Ayla and Paolo respectively, a young couple navigating the challenges of parenthood while facing societal pressures, all while raising their child on the autism spectrum.
