Kapamilya host Bianca Gonzalez expressed how ecstatic she was to reunite with Ryan Agoncillo at a hosting after more than a decade. She took to her Instagram Stories to recall the good times they had when they were hosting together.

Bianca and Ryan hosted the now defunct youth-oriented debate show, Y Speak, which aired on Studio 23 and ABS-CBN from 2004 to 2010.

The Pinoy Big Brother host shared how she couldn’t believe the last hosting stint they did together was more than a decade ago before Ryan made a network transfer.

“Can ’t believe it has been MAYBE 15 YEARS since I last hosted with [Ryan Agoncillo]!!! That is crazy to [me] because when I started hosting on TV, Ryan and I were together halos daily for the morning show! When he moved back to GMA then, hindi na kami nagkatrabaho ulit… till now,” she wrote.

Bianca added that she considers Ryan as her first ever mentor as he was present during her first years of hosting. She recalled the amount of lessons that she learned from him that she continues to use up until today.

“My first ever teacher/partner/mentor when it comes to hosting!!! Was the first person to show me what the job of a host rREALLY is (bida ang materyal o guest, hindi ikaw), studying your material, and forming your opinion! Hosting legend forevs,” she added.

Meanwhile, Ryan shared in his Instagram post how he also missed hosting with the Kapamilya host.

“From Y Speak days to sharing the stage again—Bianca & Ryan, still bringing the energy, now for Sun Life,” he wrote.

Fans of the two shared in the comment section how nostalgic their picture was as it brought back several memories. Other netizens expressed how they grew up watching Y Speak and have learned several life lessons from the program.

“The Brother and Sister team, the Best of Friends team, and of course, the Y-Speak Hosts! The Best Male Emcee and the Best Female Host! Happy to see these two hosting together again,” a fan wrote.

“Nostalgic grabeeee. Y Speak will always be the best,” another fan added.
