While recording clips for her London adventure vlog, content creator Mimiyuuuh caught someone in the act of stealing, live on camera. 

Mimiyuuuh was with her editor’s friends when the incident happened in a coffee shop in London Chinatown. 

In the video, a woman was seen eyeing a phone that was placed on the table. She used a white piece of paper to carry out her motive, but she was unsuccessful. The phone’s owner was quick to react, securing her phone right away.  

As seen also in the vlog, a woman stranger who noticed the thief’s action approached them to attest to the attempted stealing: “I think she’s trying to steal your phone.” 

“Ayan ha, eklusibong eklusibo. Kaya dapat maging mindful kayo sa mga gamit niyo dito,” said Mimiyuuuh, addressing her viewers who are planning to visit London.  

In her Instagram post, the highly acclaimed vlogger also warned her followers of the rampant stealing in the place.  

“Mag-ingat po dahil ang raming naka-duty dito sa London,” she wrote in the caption.  

Prior to that specific clip, Mimiyuuuh also recorded herself saying, “Here in Chinatown, surprisingly hindi siya masyadong mahangin. Perfect kumain sa labas pero mag-ingat daw kayo ah. Yung mga tropa ko rito naka-duty.” 

Some of her followers also shared their personal encounters, vouching that it indeed happens in London.  

“London's crime wave is extra kahit shopping sa Zara Oxford or just crossing pedestrian in just a minute wala ka na phone, the thing is most of it are girls and they dress well pa so di mo talaga paghihinalaan,” one netizen wrote. 

Another one commented, “Ingat po. Madami sila diyan sa Central mismo. Kahit sa mga phone, huwag basta-basta maglalabas lalo na kapag may mga nagbibisikleta or scooter, nanghahablot.” 

Mimiyuuuh has been passionately sharing her travel experiences in various countries like Italy, Japan, Hongkong, Netherlands, Switzerland, and Germany.  

As of writing, Mimiyuuuh has 4.47 million subscribers on YouTube, with over 200 videos on her channel.
