After finally putting to rest any rumored rift she may have previously had with her surfer fiancé Philmar Alipayo, Andi Eigenmann is back to focusing on attaining her health and fitness goals this summer on the island of Siargao where she has been based for the past eight years. In her Instagram post last March 16, the 34-year-old mother of three shared how she plans to be in better shape this year.

She wrote, “I’ve officially kickstarted my fitsummamomma challenge for 2025!☀️

I started my own fitsummamomma challenge in 2021, when I wanted to lose weight post-partum. I went from 80kgs to my maintained weight of 56kgs. This year, my goal is just to get stronger (for better athletic performance), and to look stronger (a toned bod, ya?🙊)”

In line with her personal fitness challenge, Andi gives credit to her fiancé, champion surfer Philmar, who is one of her coaches.

She added,  “Sounds simple but there's I reason why I only got to this bit now.😆 so I'm grateful to have a support system of experienced coaches including @chepoxz, + a new go-to fitness space here on the island -- @asgardsiargao! (Also where you can book boxing classes with @theislandboxer, who was also coach in 2021).🥊 I enjoy setting shorter-term fitness goals as a way to make a lifelong journey of fitness feel more rewarding by celebrating the progress I make along the way.💪🏼 Summer is just around the corner. Let's crush these goals togetha!❤️‍🔥”

Earlier this year, Andi shared her experience after going through a two-day Pilates program during a short stay in Manila.

She wrote, “As am a mom of 3 (with diastasis recti that ive actually been neglecting), this is helping me improve my core strength, (and flexibility!) also great for surfing as it enhanced my balance. Trying to move my body in new ways makes me feel like a have a renewed sense of strength! Nakaka young!😆”
