Reigning Miss Universe, Miss Grand International queens together in Thailand

Miss Universe recently held a press conference for its 74th edition in Thailand and the event had a very special guest -- a titleholder from another pageant. 

Miss Grand International 2024 Rachel Gupta graced the occasion, where she got to meet reigning Miss Universe Victoria Theilvig. 

The two even had a photo shoot, as seen in videos shared on the social media pages of their respective pageants.

Miss Universe co-owner Anne Jakrajutatip earlier announced plans of a collaboration with Miss Grand International which was founded by fellow Thai and former competitor Nawat Itsaragrisil.

This after Itsaragrisil acquired the franchise for Miss Universe Thailand national pageant. 

Thailand will serve as the host of the 74th Miss Universe pageant in November.
