Television host Bianca Gonzalez took a trip down memory lane, reminiscing about her early years at the ABS-CBN compound, following the network's recent announcement of a major property sale.

Her post came after ABS-CBN Corporation confirmed the sale of 30,000 square meters of its 44,027.30 sqm property in Quezon City to Ayala Land Inc. (ALI).

Bianca, who has been with ABS-CBN for over two decades, looked back on her humble beginnings in the industry.

"I started hosting in 2004 but my first job in ABS-CBN was in 2003, as a brainstormer and trainee writer. Sooo many memories in this space!!!" she wrote. "21 year old Bianca had no idea what was in store for her 🥹."

In a video she uploaded, Bianca paid tribute to the network’s old building, a place she credits for shaping her career. "Ito talaga ang aking stomping grounds during my first job as a brainstormer, and trainee writer," she relayed.

Following the sale to ALI, ABS-CBN will be consolidating its operations in the remaining 1.4 hectares of its Quezon City property.

Back in December 2024, Bianca marked her two decades as a host. "2024 marks my 20th year as a television host ✨🥹🙏🏾❤️ wow. feels so surreal to even type that out. and what a way to celebrate my two decades," Bianca posted on social media.

Describing 2024 as one of her busiest years on television, Bianca juggled multiple hosting roles across various platforms.

“From co-hosting the final season for The Voice on ABS-CBN, to going on location to tape our specials for The B Side on Cinema One, to the grind of BRGY my daily talk show produced by TFC, to diving into the remarkable 11th season of Pinoy Big Brother, what a year it has been!!!!” Bianca added.

Despite the demands of her schedule, the Kapamilya star expressed gratitude for the fruitful journey she had.

“It was a blessed year and also the most difficult, challenging, tiring year that pushed me out of my comfort zone. It has been an incredibly fulfilling and rewarding year, and I am forever grateful!” Bianca stated.
