Matteo Guidicelli and Sarah Geronimo recently experienced winter in Italy, marking a first for the couple.

"It's our first time to go there during this winter season. I'm excited for Sarah and I to experience that," Matteo shared in his latest YouTube vlog.

Their journey began in Venice before they traveled to Brunico, a picturesque town known for its snowy slopes. During their stay, the couple witnessed snowfall and embraced various winter activities.

For the first time, Matteo and Sarah took skiing lessons and tried sledding. 

"Ang ganda grabe! Oh my gosh, sa movie ko lang 'to nakikita!" Sarah exclaimed during their sledding adventure. 

The couple also visited the town of Verona during their trip.

Fans online quickly reacted to Matteo’s vlog, expressing their excitement over the couple’s winter adventure.

"What a nice trip, guys! Enjoyed watching it ❤," one fan commented.

Matteo's paternal side is from Italy.

Back in 2024, the couple visited Venice, the hometown of Matteo's father.

One of the spots they visited was Piazza San Marco. They also went to Murano which is famous for its long tradition of glassmaking.

Paying tribute to his Italian roots, Matteo opened a restaurant with his sister Giorgia Guidicelli called Da Gianni Cucina Italiana Restaurant in 2015.

In a previous interview with Metro.Style in 2018, the actor shared that the restaurant is dedicated to his Italian grandparents.

"On my days off from the set, I’m usually here serving. That’s what I love doing, connecting with the customers. What’s fun is you get to meet a lot of nice people," Matteo said.

The actor went on: "I think I got this from my grandpa. If we’re at the long table, he’s the one who gives shots to everybody or laughs. Nonno was the entertainer talaga."

Matteo and Sarah tied the knot on February 20, 2020.

They celebrated their 4th wedding anniversary in 2024.

"4 years of 'WOW!' Marriage is complete with all the emotions you’ll ever imagine. Learning and living life with you is magical and unexplainable. Wisdom and maturity is gained," Matteo posted on their anniversary last year.

"Looking forward to many many more years, forever. I love you. Thank you for being you. 💯❤️," he added.
