Actor Enzo Pineda recently took to social media to express his grief over the passing of his beloved pet dog, Oscar.

In a heartfelt message on Instagram, Enzo shared his deep gratitude for the joy and love Oscar brought into their lives.

“Run free my baby boy @oscar.thefriendlydog Thank you for filling my life and our house with love & joy,” he wrote.

The actor also expressed his sorrow over Oscar's absence in their future plans, saying, “Ikaw pa naman dapat groomsman or ring bearer namin balang araw.”

Enzo mourned how life at home would never be the same without his furry companion.

“Masakit man isipin pero tahimik na ang bahay pag wala ka. Madami pa sana tayo adventures together but I understand that God has other plans,” he continued.

Despite his grief, Enzo bid a loving farewell to his best friend.

“I am blessed to have a best friend like you my boy and kung saan ka man ngayon ay sana masaya ka watching over us. Thank you and I love you Oscar 💔,” he expressed.

Enzo’s partner, actress Michelle Vito, also shared fond memories of Oscar on her Instagram Stories.

She posted a photo of Oscar biting his favorite pink pig toy, writing, “i’ll miss playing catch with ur fav toys :(.”

In another post, she mentioned their other late pet, saying, “Run free (wings emoji) play na kayo ni pburg ulit (rainbow emoji) i love you so so so much love :( :( :(.”

Since 2016, Enzo had been posting photos and videos of Oscar on social media, documenting their cherished moments together.

From accompanying him during exercise routines to spending relaxing afternoons, outdoor adventures, and even participating in outreach programs for pets, Oscar had been a constant presence in Enzo’s life.

“Spending my afternoon with this makulit na aso🐶 #Oscar the #Goldenretriever #dogs,” enzo previously posted.

In another post, he playfully wrote, “So pag ginugulo mo ako pwede...tapos pinag ginulo kita bawal🤨 #benchactive #stayhomestayactive”

The actor often expressed his deep love for Oscar, sharing sentimental posts about missing him whenever they were apart.

“Missing you a little extra today my big baby boy. Sana nagpapakabait ka sa bahay and always protect mommy and daddy. See you in one month 🐶”

Last November, Enzo celebrated Oscar’s birthday with his favorite food and a special dog cake.

“HBD my baby boy @oscar.thefriendlydog 🐶 🎂,” he greeted.

In a previous interview on Rated K, Enzo introduced his two dogs and spoke about his deep love and appreciation for them.

“Part talaga ng childhood ko yung aso ko. Isa talaga sila sa nagbibigay ng joy sa buhay ko everytime na umuuwi ako ng bahay,” Enzo expressed.

“Oscar is a big dog so si Pburg lang iyong nakakapasok sa kwarto ko,” he shared.
