Megan Young is celebrating her birthday differently this year -- "with a baby in my belly."

The former Miss World took to Instagram to mark her 35th year, saying she spent it satisfying her pregnancy cravings.

"Had a chill celebration today with family by eating my cravings of the day--lechon manok, and had a chocolate chip cookie to replace a birthday cake," she said.

"Hello to 35!" said the beauty queen-actress, who wore a shirt with the text "kiss me it's my birthday."

Young is expecting her first child -- a baby boy -- with her husband and fellow celebrity Mikael Daez.

The two got married in 2020, after dating for 9 years.

In their recent podcast, Young acknowledged that one can never be truly "ready" for parenthood, but she and Daez will nevertheless do their best for their child.

"Alam kong hindi tayo magiging perfect but the important thing is I just want to be a good person, a good mom, or try to be," she said.

"And just make sure that I can guide our baby to have a good future and a good outlook in life."
