In 2021, Rhian Ramos' Instagram photos of herself baking cookies while wearing a V-bottom patterned tube crop top and a black bikini bottom went viral, and she recently re-uploaded the photos, providing netizens with another dose of sexiness. 

The viral photos were praised by celebrities and social media users who applauded her body and confidence. It is worth mentioning that Ramos has before faced skinny shaming remarks, and her response was spot on.

In an interview with ABS-CBN News, Ramos said she has been a strong supporter of women who love their bodies and show off who they truly are, emphasizing that "your body, your rule."

“I would say na, it’s your body, you’re the boss of how you want to look, what you want to do with it or what you want to adorn it with. If you want to put a tattoo or not, or if you want to wear this or that, it’s really up to you,” she expressed, sharing advice for women. 

Reflecting on her choices as a woman, the actress continued, “I actually grew up like half of my life wearing only exclusively men’s clothes and then the other half is super duper girly. It’s never too late talaga to choose a new you that you wanna be.”

She added, “I just wanna say be unapologetically yourself. Don’t feel like you have to conform to the standards of another person what they think is bagay sa ’yo. Ikaw lang talaga ang makakapag-define and decide.”

How does her boyfriend Sam Verzosa react to her sexy photos? Ramos responded, “Ilang years na rin ako sa showbiz. Feeling ko, kahit papaano, nakilala na rin ako ng mga tao. Alam nila ang aking kakulitan, sense of humor, kung ano ‘yung mga trip ko na damit. You can see it all naman on my Instagram. Si SV naman ‘yung not the tipo na parang sobrang protective na, ‘Uy, ayaw kong nagsusuot ka ng sexy.’ He really just lets me do what I want and accepts me for the way I am.”

Ramos, a proud foodie, was also questioned about how she manages to keep her body in shape despite her love for all kinds of food.

She shared with ABS-CBN News, “‘Yung personal na style ko, may oras ang kain ko. Usually I start getting hungry ng 4 p.m. or 5 p.m. Puwede akong kumain until midnight. Kung hindi ako umabot ng midnight, kunwari nakatulog ako, calorie deficit na ‘yun.”

The “Where in Manila” host had the following to say about the skinny shaming she endured: “I’m an emotional eater. If I’m a little stressed, I can eat way more than usual or much less. It’s interconnected sa feelings ko.”

The movie and TV star also addressed the claims that she is too sophisticated to try various street food and venture into crowded areas, which were evident from the photos and videos she posted on social media, in the final part of the conversation.

“Maniwala po kayo, sa totoo lang, hindi naman ako maarte. Magkaiba naman ‘yung sinasabi niyong branding na sosyal sa maarte. Ang mga tao sa showbiz, akala mo mukhang glamorous, pero hindi ka talaga puwedeng maarte sa negosyong ito kasi lahat talaga mapupuntahan at mae-experience mo. Gagapang, iiyak, at sasampal-sampalin ka sa putik na hindi mo magagawa kung maarte ka. I’m actually very adventurous. I love to experience new things,” she ended.
