Actor Jang Theo. Handout photo South Korean actor Jang Theo, who recently appeared on Netflix's reality dating show "Single's Inferno," is set to lead a film jointly produced by South Korea and the Philippines.

Jang was cast in the film "Finding Santos," produced to commemorate the anniversary of diplomatic relations between the two countries, according to a press release.

Jang has been sharing his experiences in Manila through posts on his Instagram account, with the username @tachyonproject. He has also been participating in interviews and photoshoots.

On Feb. 16, Jang posted a photo of himself at the Incheon International Airport, saying he was heading to the the Philippines to promote the film.

"I'll do my best to make the most of my second trip to the Philippines. Looking forward to a great time," he wrote in the Instagram post.

Jang recently gained attention for participating in the fourth season of "Single's Inferno," which concluded earlier this month. Following the program, Jang plans to focus on acting and modeling.
