It was truly a 'go big or go home' moment for K-pop sensation ENHYPEN at the inaugural D-Awards.

True to the title of their hit, the seven-member idol group earned their first-ever Daesang, or grand prize, from an award-giving body. This came after winning the ‘D-Awards Black Label Album of the Year’ for their sophomore album Romance: Untold.

In addition to this, ENHYPEN also won four other awards, including the main awards: ‘D Awards Delight Blue Label,’ ‘Best Tour,’ ‘Best Group,’ and ‘Yupik Popularity Award Best Male Group,’ making them the most awarded artist at the ceremony with five trophies.

The ENHYPEN members quickly took to the South Korean platform Weverse to share their message with everyone who supported them, especially their ENGENE fandom.

In a translated Weverse post, ENHYPEN’s Jake dedicated the milestone to their fans, saying that it became possible because of their ENGENE.

“ENGIEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEIN!!! Hahaha. Thank you so much for winning 5 awards today. It was possible because ENGENE was always with us. Let's hold hands and go really high!!! I love you, ENGENE!” Jake wrote.

The K-pop sensation’s leader, Jungwon, mentioned how the cheers they received during the event were incredibly loud, also noting that they didn’t expect to bring home 5 awards.

“ENGENEs cheers were so loud that my shoulders got shrugged. Thank you always. Really. I can't believe I got 5 ENHYPEN awards. Let's go to 2025! I love you so much ENGENE!” Jungwon expressed.

South Korean-American member Jay was also stunned upon winning their first-ever grand prize.

“The first grand prize with ENGENE! Starting with this, 2025 will be the year of the ENGENE. Let's run together!,” Jay shared.

ENHYPEN’s Heeseung kept the gratitude post short but sincere, “Thanks for Big one !!”

Another member, Sunoo, noted that he sees it as just the beginning of many more good things for the group.

He went on, “I'm so happy to receive so many awards thanks to ENGENE Haha. I think it's just the beginning. I hope you have a happy and healthy year with ENGENE Good night.”

Figure skater-turned-idol Sunghoon, meanwhile, assured the fans that they will do their best in their upcoming projects and activities.

“ENGENE Thank you so much for today's grand prize. We'll do our best for the upcoming activities in 2025!” he said.

As of this writing, ENHYPEN’s maknae or youngest member, NI-KI has yet to share a post about their win on Weverse.

ENHYPEN is set to return to the Philippines for their Walk The Line tour, happening this March 1, 2025 at the Philippine Stadium in Bulacan.

This will be the third time the survival show winners will hold a concert in the Philippines, following Manifesto in Manila in 2023 and the Fate tour at New Clark City Stadium in Tarlac in 2024.
