He stated that their confidence in him uplifts his spirits, fueling his passion to produce more music, and added that his musical inspiration stems from the memories and experiences he shares with fans.
In an exclusive one-on-one interview with ABS-CBN’s Rico Hizon on Saturday, the singer revealed that despite the success of his chart-topper album “Hello, World,” he is still feeling pressured.
MANILA– Baekhyun of the K-pop group EXO expressed his gratitude to his fans who continue to give him love and support.
He stated that their confidence in him uplifts his spirits, fueling his passion to produce more music, and added that his musical inspiration stems from the memories and experiences he shares with fans.
In an exclusive one-on-one interview with ABS-CBN’s Rico Hizon on Saturday, the singer revealed that despite the success of his chart-topper album “Hello, World,” he is still feeling pressured.
“The fact that I receive a lot of love and support from the people, I’m really very grateful and happy but at the same time, I can’t avoid to think about what will be the next song,“ Baekhyun said through per his interpreter, further emphasizing that the pressure he feels is “positive” stemming from happy thoughts and memories related to his fans.

Besides his powerful vocals, Baekhyun was also recognized as an actor when he played the role of the 10th Prince Wang Eun in the Korean Drama Moon Lovers: Scarlet Heart Ryeo back in 2016.
When asked whether fans can anticipate the return of “Actor Baekhyun,” he said 2025 is a packed year ahead. Despite a lot of fans being curious about his acting career this 2025, he clarified that he has no plans to pursue acting projects this year.
“My schedule is already hectic and very full for this coming 2025. Currently, I really want to focus in-depth and to enjoy exploring different kinds of music for 2025,” he explained.
Baekhyun was also asked what advice would he give to his younger self who would be starting his music career, the singer stressed the value of overcoming self-doubt.

“Analyzing myself [as] who I am is [the] most important thing to do for you to move to the next step and so hard work never betrays. That’s the keyword for me hard work,” he added.
