Veteran actors Rosemarie Gil and Eddie Mesa reunited with their granddaughter Andi Eigenmann and her children on Siargao Island.

Rosemarie and Eddie are the parents of the late actor Mark Gil, who was Andi's father.

In a series of Instagram stories, Andi shared photos of her children's paternal great grandparents as they bonded with her and the kids in Siargao.

The first photo showed Andi’s grandparents walking on the streets of Siargao.

“Mama & Papa walking the streets of my neighborhood,” she wrote.

This was followed by a photo of Rosemarie candidly hugging Andi's firstborn, Ellie, in what appeared to be a restaurant.

Another social media story showed Andi’s other children, Lilo and Koa, posing for a picture while sharing a hand sign with their great-grandmother at a souvenir shop.

They decided to relax by the pool the next day, and Andi shared two more Instagram stories. First, Ellie was sunbathing by the pool with her great-grandparents, then the next photo showed Koa and Lilo swimming with Eddie.

Rosemarie was last seen on television in the primetime series Ngayon at Kailanman, where she portrayed the grandmother of Joshua Garcia’s character, Inno.

However, she was best known for her many roles in the 1970s, including her performance in the movie Burlesk Queen, for which she won Best Supporting Actress at the 1977 Metro Manila Film Festival.

She was also part of other classic films such as Ganito Kami Noon, Paano Kayo Ngayon?, T-Bird at Ako, and Sa Aking Mga Kamay.

Meanwhile, Eddie is a former matinee idol and singer who was once dubbed the 'Elvis Presley of the Philippines' for his iconic impersonation of the legend.

During his 85th celebration last year, Andi and her children were seen in attendance, including Andi’s partner, surfer Philmar Alipayo.

Philmar and Andi became the subject of breakup speculations after netizens noticed they had unfollowed each other on Instagram.

This situation escalated further when Andi shared cryptic posts, admitting to feeling hurt and betrayed. It gained more attention when photos surfaced of her partner with a woman, both sporting matching tattoos.

However, on February 10, the surfer addressed the issue, stating that they are now okay, in the caption of a recent Facebook Reel.

He also mentioned that it had gone too far, "It all went way (too) far and should have been handled in private," Philmar shared.
