Emily in Paris star Lily Collins and her husband, filmmaker Charlie McDowell, have welcomed their first child via surrogate. 

Lily took to social media to announce the birth of her baby.

"Welcome to the center of our world Tove Jane McDowell. Words will never express our endless gratitude for our incredible surrogate and everyone who helped us along the way. We love you to the moon and back again," she posted.

Fans online were quick to extend their congratulatory messages for Lily and Charlie.

"Such a blessing! She is a dream! Congratulations to the luckiest baby and the luckiest parents!!!" another fan said. 

Lily and Charlie got married on September 4, 2021.

"I’ve never wanted to be someone’s someone more than I do yours, and now I get to be your wife. On September 4th, 2021 we officially became each other’s forever. I love you beyond @charliemcdowell," Lily posted on Instagram following their wedding.

The couple celebrated their third wedding anniversary last year, with Lily writing a heartfelt post to mark the occasion.

"Happy anniversary to the man who makes me laugh harder than anyone. Three years held in your arms has been the greatest gift," she wrote.

The actress went on: "Barefaced and in a basic tee, you make me feel like the most special human on the planet. I adore you @charliemcdowell. More than I know how to say. Here’s to countless incredible moments together (plus twinning photoshoots). And to think, the best is still to come."

Charlie also penned a post, saying: "Happy third anniversary to the best person there is. Love you so much @lilyjcollins. 🥂 To many more laughing fits."
