Max Collins is not ashamed of getting liposuction: ‘It’s okay to admit that you’re flawed’

<p>Since becoming a mom to her son Skye Anakin five years ago, Max Collins has managed to prove to her fans that she could go back to her enviable figure after giving birth at home in 2020. The 33-year-old actress and model revealed in an exclusive interview with PUSH ABS-CBN that losing all that post-partum weight was not as easy as people think. </p><p>Last November 28, Max proudly shared her experience undergoing surgical procedures like liposuction and why she would not bother hiding or denying it to the public. “When I was young, I think I wouldn’t be able to say it. But now that I’m old, like I don’t care anymore. And also I want to share to women that because sometimes when they think that it’s natural, ‘Oh your so blessed!’ I say, ‘No, I worked for it. I got all the help that I could get.’ And it’s okay for women to ask for help. Nobody’s perfect. It was like the best sleep of my life, and then when I woke up, it was gone na, the fat. The recovery is not as hard as people think it is. It was only like two weeks. I was working actually after five days. And you know, no pain, no gain. I’ve had lipo at Belo, 360 lipo. And then I also I also have like a slim reset shot weekly from Drip Therapy to help curb my appetite and then I take curvy coffee. Like I do all of the things I have to do to stay fit. It’s really important with my job eh, so it’s something na kailangan ko alagaan yung katawan ko. And that’s why I do everything that I need to do. Having had a busy year, Max shared she is already looking forward to exploring more new things in her career in 2026. “I’m looking forward to doing more work that I’m excited about. I feel like as I’ve aged in showbiz, parang now I want to do things that I’m only really interested in, projects that I believe in, ganun. Things that excite me,” she said. </p><p>When asked to share a side of her that people might not know when she’s not on camera, Max revealed one of her favorite things to do when she is just at home. “I’ll just tell you my favorite thing like ever: I love hot showers. I’m obsessed. That’s like the number one happy thing. I love hot showers and also, I drink like six cups of coffee a day. Like I’m a coffee addict so I guess people might be surprised to hear that. It’s so hard (to sleep) but sa dami ng ginagawa bagsak talaga ako at the end of the day!” she shared. </p>
