<p>Mimiyuuuh gave fans an inside look at her newest milestone — her very own condominium — through a house tour vlog on YouTube.</p><div><br/></div><p>In the video, the 29-year-old content creator shared that she decided to gift herself a condo for her birthday as a way to embrace independent living.</p><div><br/></div><p>&quot;I decided na what is the gift that can give me more experience? Or parang mas ma-experience ko ang life? So na-realize ko na bakit hindi ko i-try na mag-live alone, so I bought me a condo and yes, ako na po is a Salcedo girly,” she shared. </p><div><br/></div><p>“Kasi alam niyo, ewan ko, feeling ko I am the queen of manifestation talaga or I am such a lucky girl,” she added. “I am so excited po na i-tour kayo dito sa ating bagong place.”</p><div><br/></div><p>Mimiyuuuh revealed that she purchased a new unit in Makati, a city she has grown to love for its walkability.</p><div><br/></div><p>&quot;My month po na parang every other day nagma-Makati ako, so parang na-realize ko na ang ganda ng Makati and I can really see myself living in Makati. And aside from that, I think Makati is one of the cities here in Metro Manila na actually is walkable,&quot; she said. &quot;Nung nandito ako sa Makati, ang saya-saya maglakad dito, and I feel that everything that you need is actually walkable.&quot;</p><div><br/></div><p>Through living independently, Mimiyuuuh also wanted to understand herself better. &quot;I am also exicted to know more about myself. &#x27;Yun naman po talaga ang reason  kung bakit gusto ko i-try mag-isa kasi sabi nila you will know more about yourself when you are alone,&quot; she stated.</p><div><br/></div><div><iframe width="738" height="415" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/HSdd0uY9KKk" title="EMPTY CONDO TOUR! | mimiyuuuh" frameBorder="0" allowfullscreen=""></iframe></div><div><br/></div><p>In the vlog, she showcased her bare unit, including the living room, kitchen, and all three bedrooms. She shared her plans of converting one room into a walk-in closet, another into a studio or workspace, and the third as the master’s bedroom.</p><p>She also brought some of her paintings to her new place.</p>
