<p>Content creator Kryz Uy shared an honest reflection about how she is navigating life at 35, saying she still has many unanswered questions despite years of experience in her career and family life.</p><p>&quot;I’m re-learning how to live — and my kids have been my greatest teachers,&quot; she wrote on Instagram. She relayed that motherhood has taught her &quot;to notice the little things. To leave space in my brain instead of filling it to the brim. To be okay with silence. To let myself be bored. To understand that sometimes, it&#x27;s enough to just exist. And in the middle of all the noise, I&#x27;m learning to recognize what feels real to me.&quot;</p><p>Kryz, who has been a content creator for more than a decade, said she continues to move without a strict long-term roadmap. &quot;I&#x27;ve been posting for a living for 16 years, and I still don’t have a five-year plan. I talk about quiet living… on the noisiest app on earth. And honestly, I miss when the internet was just people finding each other,&quot; she said.</p><p>Kryz acknowledged feeling mixed emotions at once. &quot;I’m both inspired and exhausted, excited and scared, grounded and restless — sometimes all at once. But gratitude always finds its way to the front. I&#x27;m endlessly thankful for the life I get to live,&quot; she remarked.</p><p>She also reflected on her academic background, saying: &quot;I have a degree in Communications Technology Management, a minor in Business Enterprise Development and Luxury Brand Management… and I&#x27;ve never used it.”</p><p>Reflecting on the irony of growth, she wrote: &quot;I can be craving something new while being deeply grateful for what’s here and not wanting things to change. I can have everything I once prayed for and still feel unsure of my next step. It’s not unhappiness — just awareness. And I&#x27;m learning that&#x27;s okay too.&quot;</p><p>She added that she has been thinking more long-term lately when making decisions. &quot;Lately, I think about the end of my life more than I used to — not in a sad way, but as a compass. Will this moment even matter to future me?” she wrote.</p><p>&quot;What do I hope my life will look like then, and how can I make that happen with the choices I make now? That thought helps me see what truly deserves my energy and what I can finally let go of,&quot; she added.</p>
