Even though she was feeling a little under the weather, Kapamilya singer-actress Angeline Quinto graced the 'Pagpupugay' ceremonies at the Quirino Grandstand, early Thursday morning.

Quinto serenaded her fellow Nazareno deveotees with the song 'May Bukas Pa.'

Speaking to ABS-CBN News backstage, Quinto shared that every time she visits or attends the Pista ng Hesus Nazareno, it's always a different yet familiar feeling.

So, kanina nung kumakanta ako nagiging emotional ako parang nakalimot pa nga ako ng isang lyrics," she said.

Quinto said her youngest child, five-month-old daughter Sylvia, is a blessing from the Nazareno. The singer also has a son named Sylvio.

"More than yung hinihiling ko sa mahal na Poon, mas more na nangunguna yung pasasalamat," she said.

Adding more meaning to her life-long devotion was her late adoptive mother Mama Bob's birthday last January 7.

Quinto said she feels grateful being able to sing in front of all the Nazareno devotees and wishes all their hearts' desires be granted, just like how everything turned out for her.
