Content creators Hajie Alejandro and his partner Lenie Aycardo officially tied the knot on Friday, January 3.

The couple surprised their followers with an intimate civil wedding, sharing the news on their social media accounts with photos from the ceremony.

“I wanna Make it with you✨ Officially Mr. & Mrs. Alejandro 💍,” Hajie wrote in a post.

Lenie also shared a behind-the-scenes video from the wedding, where she revealed that Hajie, who has been doing her makeup since their youth, also did her makeup on their wedding day.

“From my boyfriend doing my makeup for our wedding proposal to my husband doing my makeup on our wedding day. 💍 #TeamHanie,” she said.

She also shared a song written by Hajie that tells the story of their relationship.

The couple posted a 23-minute YouTube vlog on their joint channel, Team Hanie, reflecting on their journey together.

“As we embrace the journey into parenthood, we’ve chosen to celebrate our love with a civil and intimate wedding. While it may not be the grand affair we once envisioned, it is a heartfelt and authentic expression of our commitment to each other. Ultimately, it’s the marriage that truly matters, not just the wedding. ✨,” said in the video description.

Hajie and Lenie, who got engaged two years ago, had a small wedding attended by close family and friends in Antipolo. In the video, they exchanged heartfelt vows.

“Lenie, gusto ko magpasalamat na dumating ka sa buhay ko. Simula noong dumating ka, nakumpleto mo ako. Sa buhay ko maraming pagbabago, maraming pagkukulang na hindi ko nakuha pero simula noong nakilala kita, nakumpleto ako,” Hajie said.

“Kung ano nagdadala sa akin ngayon, dahil iyon sa suporta at pagmamahal na binigay mo sa akin. Asahan mo na patuloy pa rin ako at hindi ako magbabago. Tulad pa rin ako kung paano ginagawa ko sa’yo. Habang buhay na ito, forever. Mahal na mahal kita at maraming salamat,” he added.

Lenie also shared her love for Hajie, expressing gratitude and promising to be a loving partner and mother to their child.

“Hajie, love, thank you so much sa lahat, sa lahat-lahat. Sabi mo nga sinuportahan kita and kinumpleto kita pero ikaw din yung sumuporta at kumumpleto sa akin. Mahal na mahal kita and patuloy akong nandito para sa’yo para suportahan ka sa lahat ng gusto mo, sa lahat ng pangarap mo and magiging mabuting mommy ako sa magiging baby natin.” Lenie expressed.

The couple also explained why they decided to have a wedding as 2025 started.

“Pagpasok ng taon, kasal agad. Biglaan lang ito lahat, guys Hindi kami nakapagupdate sa Tiktok, sa Facebook,” Hajie said. “December 27 lang namin nalaman na ikakasal kami ng January 3 so lahat short preparation, lahat mabilisan at hindi kami nakapagplan masyado.”

Lenie further explained, “Plan naman talaga naming magpakasal na nung January kaso wala nga kaming date. Wala kaming nakukuhang date, and sabay sabi nung coordinator ‘January 3 daw po ang available na date.’ Ta’s nagulat na lang kami ni Hajie, eto na, sobrang rushed na.”

The couple also shared that they are still planning to have a grandiose wedding ceremony but will focus first on their first child.

Prior to their wedding, the couple revealed the gender of their baby, whom they’ve named "Baby Bangs."

“The 3rd member of TeamHANIE is a BOY! 💙✨ We Love You Baby Bangs #BabyBangs #TeamHANIE,” Lenie announced in a post.

Hajie and Lenie are best known for their TikTok makeup transformation challenges, including the Asoka Make Up Challenge, Piliin Mo Ang Pilipinas challenge, Inside Out challenge, and Marimar Challenge, among others.
