Fans and supporters of the beauty queen can help children who were born with cleft palates through their donations.</p><p>“Children born with cleft are faced with overcoming challenges eating, breathing and speaking. As well as the effects on their confidence and self esteem. Smile Train offers free, comprehensible cleft care to over 90 countries around the world and its DONORS like YOU that allow this incredible work to be possible,” she previously wrote.</p><div><a href="https://www.abs-cbn.com/entertainment/showbiz/celebrities/2024/12/6/catriona-gray-receives-award-for-her-advocacy-work-for-children-1444"><strong>READ: Catriona Gray receives award for her advocacy work for children<br/></strong></a></div><p>Catriona previously shared that she will be giving out a personal video greeting to donors who will be giving the minimum amount of ₱2,500.</p><p>“All donations will go towards giving free and comprehensive cleft care to children affected with cleft,” she added.</p><p>Meanwhile, her fans continued to express their love and gratitude in the comment section of her post. Some netizens greeted her during her special day and shared how she continues to be an inspiration for them.</p><p>“Happy bday sis!
