MANILA -- Actress Pauleen Luna turned to social media to express her gratitude after court decided in favor of her husband Vic Sotto, ordering filmmaker Darrly Yap to take down the controversial teaser for the film about the late Pepsi Paloma.

This victory is for our children and family, and we humbly lift our gratitude to Almighty God. Please, let us all be mindful and responsible about posting/sharing malicious content about people. We urge everyone to act with kindness, integrity, and respect, striving to uplift one another instead of causing harm," Luna shared.

In a report by ABS-CBN News, Muntinlupa Regional Trial Court Branch 205 has partially granted the writ of habeas data filed by Sotto against Yap. The court directed Yap to take down the teaser video of "The Rapists of Pepsi Paloma" on all online platforms.

Sotto’s lawyer Atty. Enrique Dela Cruz Jr. said they are thankful for the Muntinlupa court’s decision and that they will now focus on the cyber libel complaint filed against Yap.
