Former Sexbomb member Sunshine Garcia recently took to social media to share an update after giving birth to her daughter Alynna. Her baby girl is her ‘unica hija’ with husband Alex Castro.

Sunshine posted photos of their first moments together.

“Wait lang guys ma busy nang very light si Mama SS nandito na kasi ang prinsesa namin😅 makikipag laban muna ako sa puyatan 😂,” Sunshine wrote.

She also explained why she was hiding her daughter's face in the photos, saying, “Takpan ko muna yung face baka sakaling pag lumaki maging kamukha ko na 🤣.”

On January 9, Alex shared a photo of him holding their daughter for the first time.

“Thank you Papa God. Welcome to the world my Unica Hija, Alynna ❤️,” Alex shared.

Celebrity friends and fans quickly congratulated the couple in the comment section.

“Amen Congrats Mr and Mrs Castro,” Kapamilya star Melai Cantiveros said.

Former Manoeuvers dancer Joshua Zamora also commented, “Congratulations bro and sis 👏 may the Good Lord give you an abundance of Joy.”

A fan remarked, “I think nagmana to sa papa. Hehe super gwapo at maganda lahi niyo mis shine. Kaya don't cha worry kasi pag nagmana sa papa ang bata. Sobrang mahal ka ng asawa mo. Yun ang kasabihan 😍 by the way Congrats both👏❤️.”

In September 2024,  on her 40th birthday, Sunshine announced she was pregnant with their third child.

"✨40 and preggy✨Parang kailan lang 40 na agad and preggy ulit?😅 Totoo na ito bunso na talaga yan😅," she said. 

She also thanked her husband for planning a surprise birthday and gender reveal party.

"Shout out sa husband ko thank you sa lahat ng effort para maging happy ako sa today. Wala talaga ako plan mag celebrate ng birthday ko gusto ko lang mag dinner with family pero ikaw talaga nag plan ng lahat. Thank you and I love you," she added.

Alex, in a Christmas post, expressed his love and appreciation for Sunshine, saying, “ Gandang buntis nito malapit na sa due date pagpasok ng 2025 may baby girl na ❤️😊 Merry Christmas sainyong lahat 🎄🎉.”

Sunshine and Alex welcomed their first child, Axel, in September 2018, and their second son, Alexander, in November 2021. Sunshine and Alex are also parents to two older sons, Ching and Ashton.

In a previous guest appearance on Magandang Buhay, the couple shared their heartfelt promises to each other.

“Ang promise ko kay Sunshine, promise ko hanggang kamatayan, buo yung pamilya natin at kayo ang buhay ko at kayo ang priority ko sa buhay ko. Kayo, ikaw at ang mga bata, ang nagbibigay sigla sa akin, dahilan kung bakit ako nagtatrabaho, gumigising at nagsusumikap para maging maganda ang buhay natin,” Alex shared.

“Hindi man tayo maging mayaman, ang mahalaga kumpleto tayo,” he added.

In response, Sunshine reiterated one of the vows she said at their wedding ceremony in March 2019.

“Isa lang ang alam ko, mamahalin pa rin kita kahit dumating na iyong araw na hindi ka na kamahal mahal kasi nagpromise ako kay God at sa mga bata na ikaw na iyong huling lalaki,” she expressed.
