Comedian and actress Pokwang took to social media to celebrate her youngest daughter Malia’s 7th birthday, sharing heartfelt messages and videos to mark the occasion. 

On her Instagram page, Pokwang shared a sweet clip of Malia expressing her love for her mother.

“Mama, thank you so much for taking care of me. Happy birthday to me,” Malia said.

Pokwang then wrote a message to Malia, saying, “Happy, happy birthday to our Tisay ❤️😘 7 yrs old kana mahal kong @malia_tisayngmasa18 lagi mong iisipin nandito lang si mama at di ko kayo pababayaan sa kahit na anong laban sa buhay ❤️❤️❤️ i love you and happy birthday anak 😘.

The celebrity mom also expressed her birthday wishes for her youngest.

“wish ko sayo ay magandang kalusugan, at mas maging matatag ang tiwala sa Dios, at syempre maging matagumpay ka sa lahat ng aspeto mo sa buhay 🙏🏼❤️,” she added.

Pokwang went on: “wag ka mag alala kung ano man lagi mong dinarasal at hinihiling kay papa God bago tayo matulog ibibigay na nya SOON! kapit lang nak i love you.”

Another post showed how Pokwang surprised Malia with a chocolate cake and sang the birthday song for her little one.

“Happy birthday, Malia. Make a wish na, darling. Happy birthday,” the celebrity mom said.

The mother and daughter are currently enjoying a vacation at a resort in Mactan, Cebu. Celebrities like K Brosas, Yasmien Kurdi, Vina Morales, and Rodjun Cruz joined fans in greeting Malia in the comment section. 

“Awe kaarawan ng palangga namin @malia_tisayngmasa18. May God continue to bless you sweetie. Stay sweet and loving daughter sa Mama mo at pati na rin kay Atè mo🙏🏻💕 🎈🎉🎂,” a fan greeted.

Another one said, “Omg!! She's 7 already!? Where did the time go?!Huling kita ko sa batang ito dito sa IG as in baby pa, ngayon padalaginding na pala. Di kasi ako active here sa IG, that's why. Haha! Happy Happy Birthday sweet @malia_obrian 🥳🥰.”

In a previous interview on PUSH Bets last year, Pokwang shared her desire to leave a legacy of being a strong and loving woman to both Malia and her eldest daughter, Mae.

“Gusto ko pagdating ng panahon (sabihin nila) ‘Ang Mama ko, ipinaglaban kami. Ang Mama ko, lumaban. Ang Mama ko nagsalita para sa amin. Hindi lang para sa amin, para rin doon sa mga katulad niya sa pinagdadaanan niya, na ipinaglalaban niya, katulad niya na mga single mom na… akala niyo mahina dahil babae pero hindi,'” she proudly expressed.

In a previous interview in Magandang Buhay, the Becky and Badette star shared how Malia changed her life.

“Ngayong may bagong baby na sa bahay, mas lalong sumaya. Parang napakagaan lahat sa bahay, hindi ka na madaling mairita, lahat tawang tawa lang sa kanya, lahat nag-uunahang kargahin siya. Iba yung happiness na dala niya," Pokwang said.

Meanwhile, Pokwang’s ex-partner Lee O’Brian also posted a video greeting for his estranged daughter.

“Well, sweet Malia, guess what I heard? It’s your birthday! Happy birthday, my love! Wishing you the very best in the coming year. Hope it’s a lot of fun. Hope you make a lot of friends. Hope you have a great time. Hope you celebrated your day well,” he said in the video.
