Maricel Laxa-Pangilinan took a trip down memory lane and recalled the time when she was still living in Palisades in Los Angeles during her teenage years. Maricel recalled how beautiful the views in the Palisades were–– the affluent residential neighborhood that is tucked between the Santa Monica Mountains and the Pacific Ocean. She added how unforgettable those moments were for her.

“Walking down to school and back up home after was always a surreal and breathtaking 2-mile hike going through lovely views of the ocean and the most beautiful homes,” she shared.

Despite the ongoing fires that’s engulfing the beautiful neighborhood, Maricel maintained that the spirit of Palisades lives in her heart forever.
