Scarlett Kramer had a Princess Diaries-themed party to celebrate her 13th birthday.

The teen celebrity's dad, Doug Kramer, shared snapshots from the celebration on social media.

"Scarlett's birthday theme was Princess Diaries," he relayed. "Super fun since all the kids wanted to have a movie corner to watch the movie while still having fun with the inflatables, arcades, karaoke, basketball while enjoying great food! All fit in one big events area at Sitio!"

Scarlett donned a dress designed by Mimi Lazaro for the party.

In a separate post, Doug penned a heartwarming birthday message for his daughter.

"Happy happy birthday to our sweet, athletic, feisty but beautiful baby doll! Even at 13, thank you for always still hugging and kissing papa. I love you so much sweetheart!" he said.

In a recent vlog, Doug and his wife Chesca Kramer shared that they gifted Scarlett with a Rolex watch for her birthday.

They also shared why they chose to give a luxury watch to their daughter.

"The reason being is our kids work hard, they deserve it. School, they study, [sports], everything, and we figured why give them, like for example a bag. After a few years you don't know how the condition of the bag might be. Or let's say branded shoes or whatever. But you know, a gift like this, you can say timeless. It's an investment for them that they can use when they're not just 13, [but] onwards," Doug explained.

The former PBA athlete also further highlighted that a watch's value increase over time.

"That's why I won't hesitate ever if we're comfortable and I'm able to give jewelry to my wife or to our kids because it's something that will never get old. And a watch like this, it's something that you will take care of I'm sure and you will need to take care of it because it is something that you will have for a very, very long time," Doug pointed out. 

"And if you know the watch market like I do, the watch market is very stable, and they increase in price over time."

Chesca added that they wanted to give their kids gifts that they can use for a long time.

"The reason why we give certain gifts, timeless ones, is because it is something that we want them to have it all throughout their lives. And maybe become an heirloom that they can pass it on to their children. It's more than just that gift but it is deeper than that," the actress stated.
