Francine Diaz and Seth Fedelin opened up about the real score between them.

The Kapamilya stars relayed that they are still friends but are now in the getting-to-know-each-other stage.

"Ngayon ano kami, nag-uusap kami. I mean iba na 'yung dating kaysa dati. Parang mas pagkatapos magtrabaho kami magkausap," Seth explained in an interview with Ogie Diaz.

Francine added: "Siguro tito getting to know each other... Kami naman po never namin shinowbiz ang mga sagot namin from the very beginning. Very open and honest kami to everyone."

Francine relayed that her parents have also allowed Seth to drive her to and from school.

"Para sa akin araw-araw dapat may tiwala rin ang magulang ni Cheen sa akin," Seth remarked.

Asked if earning the trust and confidence of Francine's parents are a must for him, Seth replied: "'Yun talaga, malaking alas yun eh, kumbaga makita niya okay kami ng parents niya mas lalo siyang kikiligin niyan."

Francine shared that Seth makes the effort to drive her to school even he lives in Cavite. "Traffic po kasi papasok ng school ko so kahit 3 p.m. pa 'yung uwi ko parang 1 p.m. or 12 p.m. pa lang bumabiyahe na siya paalis sa kanila," Francine shared.

The two Kapamilya stars are set to star in the upcoming Metro Manila Film Festival entry My Future You.

In the trailer, Seth's character lives in 2009 while Francine's character lives in 2024 but magically they can talk via video call.

"Para po sa akin isa 'yun sa mga secret ng pelikula na dapat alamin ng mga gustong manood ng My Future You kasi po may magic na nangyari at isa 'yun na kami rin as 'yung mga characters namin, 'yun din 'yung nagi-imbestiga kami, bakit ka nandiyan, bakit ako nandito," Francine said.

She went on: "So naghahanap din kami ng kasagutan bakit may ganitong nangyari, paano nangyari, so paano tayo magkikita, paano tayo magkakakilala ng face to face ng hindi natin kailangang mag-video call all the time," she stated.

Seth highlighted that the movie is a story about family. "Tsaka pamlya, mas pamilya kasi may ano tayo na 'pag bumalik tayo sa past 'yung future natin maiiba," he said. "So lahat nag-connect-connect, so parang ganun po siya, tungkol siya sa pamilya."
