ABS-CBN bags 8 national winners from 2024 Asian Academy Creative Awards

MANILA -- ABS-CBN programs, content, and personalities were hailed as national winners from the Philippines for this year's Asian Academy Creative Awards.

"Linlang" won Best Drama Series while its actors Kaila Estrada and JM de Guzman won Best Actress and Actor in a Supporting Role, respectively.

Kathryn Bernardo's portrayal in "A Very Good Girl" gave her the Best Actress in a Leading Role award.

TV and movie director Mae Cruz-Alviar won Best Direction for the primetime series "Can't Buy Me Love."

"ASAP Natin 'To Live in Milan" won the Best Music or Dance Programme, while "It's Showtime" bagged the Best General Entertainment Programme award.

"What's wrong with Secretary Kim?" won Best Adaptation of an Existing Format, a collaboration by Viu and ABS-CBN.

The announcement and awarding of final winners (to be chosen from national winners from different countries) will be held in Singapore this December.
