MANILA — "Lavender Fields" is the No. 1 leading television series on Netflix Philippines.

As of writing, the series with actress starring Jodi Sta. Maria as the lead star is No. 1 among the Top 10 TV shows today, September 2.

"Lavender Fields" which also stars Jericho Rosales, Jolina Magdangal and Janine Gutierrez, debuted on Netflix just last Friday, August 30.

In previous interview with ABS-CBN News, Sta. Maria boasted that aside from complex tale of love, duality and redemption, one of the drama's strengths is its stellar cast.

"It's a complex love story as well, I'd say it's a redemption story too. So ang daming nangyayari. Isa 'yon sa magiging strength I believe ng 'Lavender Fields' siyempre contrary to what others believe na 'ah ano lang 'yan typical revenge story.' But no, it's not. Of course, it's from Dreamscape Entertainment. I mean this is, you know, a credible source of beautiful seryes," Sta. Maria said.

“Lavender Fields,” produced by Dreamscape Entertainment and directed by Emmanuel Quindo Palo and Jojo Saguin, will air on Kapamilya Channel, Kapamilya Online Live, A2Z, and TV5 starting Monday, September 2 at 8:45 p.m..
