X-Factor finalists Alisah Bonaobra and Mark Mabasa recently joined forces for a special San Francisco Bay Area show.

The sold-out event was headlined “X Factor UK Meets X Factor PH.”

Bonaobra and Mabasa could not stop talking about the warm reception they received from Filipino-American fans who supported their first major collaboration as artists.

“The love from the people here, it's just so warm," said Mabasa. "I always enjoy performing here in the Bay Area because the people are so fun.”

Bonaobra from X Factor UK said: “It feels surreal whenever I perform in front of them. As long as I can sing, I will sing for them.”

Bonaobra expressed her long-standing support for Mabasa and enjoyment of sharing the stage with him.

“With Mark, he's so professional and I love working with him. This is a great opportunity for both of us to embody and share our music with everyone and combine as well," she said.

Mabasa, meanwhile, shared that their connection goes way back, having had small stints on "Wowowee," a TV variety show in the Philippines. “We were like semi-regulars before, so it’s not new to us. It’s always fun performing with her. It’s like we’re like brothers and sisters.”

Bonaobra appeared on X Factor UK in 2017, while Mabasa competed in the first season of X Factor Philippines in 2012.

The artists expressed their gratitude for the continued support from fans well after their time on the hit reality talent competition.

“You guys are the best, since day one. You never stopped supporting me. Without all of you, I would not be here. I’m so blessed and grateful for all your presence,” Bonaobra said.

The two Filipino artists and their promoters are working on new music and more performances around the U.S.
