In a press release, the Korean Cultural Center in the Philippines (KCC) said the festival would run from September 27 to 29 in the following malls: SM Mall of Asia, SM City Baguio, SM Seaside City Cebu and SM City Davao.

With a theme centered on friendship, this year's KFF, titled "Chingu Kita" (meaning "You Are My Friend"), celebrates the 75th anniversary of diplomatic relations between South Korea and the Philippines.
