MANILA - The Nation's Girl Group BINI has arrived in South Korea to attend the "Billboard K Power 100" in Seoul.

The OPM girl group chosen by Billboad Philippines is set to be awarded the "Voices of Asia Award." The group is also set to perform their chart-topping single "Cherry On Top" at the event.

In an interview with ABS-CBN News before departing for South Korea, all eight members of BINI - Mikha, Stacey, Maloi, Sheena, Jhoanna, Colet, Gwen and Aiah - expressed their excitement not only to receive the award and perform but also to meet and watch some of South Korea's biggest pop stars.

The Billboard K Power 100, an event that aims to “highlight the influence of Korean music, particularly K-pop, on the global music industry,” will be held on August 27 at the Yeong Bin Gwan Hall of THE SHILLA Seoul.
