According to Paterson, he still considering and thinking about his future as he wants to take care of both of his parents in the United Kingdom as well as his son Jude here in the Philippines.

But the actor clarified that he just wanted to find the "perfect balance" and this was the reason he said yes to being part of the cast of the boys' love series with The Idea First and Vivamax Plus.
