Thai stars Ohm Pawat, Nanon Korapat have announced that they will "cease their work as a pair," Thai entertainment company GMMTV said Thursday.

In an announcement, GMMTV said that the decision was mutual as it still hopes that people would still support their individual careers.

"Following Ohm-Pawat Chittsawangdee and Nanon-Korapat Kirdpan's mutual decision to cease their work as a pair some time ago to focus on their individual career paths, GMMTV, Ohm, and Nanon now share the sentiment to officially announce this decision," GMMTV said in a statement.

"We extend our heartfelt thanks to all fans for their continued support of both artists. We appreciate your understanding and hope you will continue to support Ohm and Nanon in their future endeavors," they added.

Ohm and Nanon are known for their boys' love series "Bad Buddy" which was simulcast on iWantTFC. It revolves around Pat (Pawat) and Pran (Korapat), who were rivals.

Despite being polar opposites, the two got tired of the rivalry they inherited from their parents and agreed to be friends. However, their school animosity hinders them from being friends, and possibly lovers.

This is Nanon's first BL series since the critically acclaimed "The Gifted" and its sequel "The Gifted: Graduation."

Ohm has been in the BL scene with his popular series "He's Coming To Me" together with Singto Prachaya, which is also available on iWant TFC.

In 2023, it was announced that Ohm will be in a new BL series titled "Kidnap" with Leng Thanaphon.

This triggered speculations that Ohm and Nanon's love team will not be pursued in future projects.
