MANILA -- Actress Elisse Joson turned to social media on Tuesday to appreciate her partner, McCoy De Leon.

"Sorry nag post ako, gusto ko lang ipagmalaki 'yung pagmamahal mo," the actress wrote on her Instagram story.

Joson also commended Deleon for his unwavering love and dedication to her and their family.

"Thank you dahil 'di mo ako pinabayaan mag-isa. Thank you kasi tinulungan mo pa ako to shoot for my work. Thank you for making time for us. Ang saya-saya ko dito dahil mahal kita at mas mamahalin pa lalo," she said. 

In a separate social media post, the actress revealed she admires De Leon even more for staying with her even for a short period. 

"To the guy who flew out of Manila with me even if he can only stay for one day," Joson said. 

De Leon and Joson first met as housemates in the "Lucky 7" edition of "Pinoy Big Brother" in July 2016. 

After their months-long stay where they developed romantic feelings for each other, they exited the program to a large following that would be called "McLisse."

They later became a couple in real life. The two then became first-time parents to Felize in April 2021 — a milestone they announced seven months later in November that year.
